In a partnership facilitated by the Bay Ridge 5th Ave BID, Apple Bank will be working with the North Pole Office of Community Relations to collect and deliver letters to Santa. December 1st - 19th, families can drop off their Christmas wish lists at Santa’s mailbox outside of the Apple Bank Branch located at 7415 5th Ave in Bay Ridge.
Prior to Christmas, the BID will coordinate mail transport pickup of the letters with Santa and his reindeers. BID Executive Director, Amanda Zenteno, expressed her enthusiasm for the interagency collaboration with North Pole authorities on the project, “The North Pole bureaucracy is far more efficient than what we have here in NYC. It was an absolute pleasure working with Santa’s Minister of Communications and Logistics.”
Be sure to stop by Apple Bank on December 19th. Santa will come to pick up the letters and greet passersby from 12:30 to 1:30. After that, he will shop small up and down the Avenue and stock up for his delivery of presents around the world.
