BID Celebrates Local Women In Business and Leadership
In honor of Women's History Month, the Bay Ridge 5th Ave BID has been featuring some of the district’s women-owned businesses, employees, managers, and non-profit leaders. According to the NYC Department of Small Business Services, New York City has more than 414,000 woman-owned businesses, generating roughly $50 billion in revenue annually. This month we celebrate our Mothers, Daughters, and Sisters and their immense, yet often unrecognized and underappreciated contributions to humankind. Let’s meet a few of 5th Ave’s best!
